Check in at this Hotel , thought it might be a bit different from the previously APA hotels , But unfortunately got disappointed again from Not cleaning my room when I get back from work, leaving a Hotel at 8 am , Come back at 3pm and NO clean up! NO Bed making is disgusting and Has No excuses, This is the second time issues about Room cleaning and house keeping at the same Hotel chain, Hire more People for the Job!! I,ve NO recommendation for this property💔 I also exteded my stay and Pay for Day Use which was charge 8,000¥ till 5pm , But have to get out early as 3pm cos anytime I go Out they block my Card not having acces to my room , have to go to Front Desk twice to activate my room Key, Meanwhile there way anouncement at midnight of fire Break and have to waked up with my Son stranded in front of elevator and No one staff was telling us nothing , why treating like Prisoner,s at Night , as am talking its been 3 days and No appology has been sent , This is not Hotet with Hospitality its No choice Place , Regreted staying Here

Ashtray Towers of Tokyo
I stayed here for 1 noght to attend a feiends birthsay party in Tokyo. The Good: Being a Japanese brand hotel, it had a Japanese Public Bath. Was decent and had a few areas. Washing area, indoor 39c, outdoor 39c, and 3 individual 'Pots' for soaking. Went there for a late night wash and soak before bed. The Bad: During Winter, the hotel does not provide room A/C. Heat only, and my room was way to hot, given I like rooms cold with the provided thick Japanese blanket. I was told by staff to just to leave the door open, which was insane and i really wanted to leave it open all night so I could hold them liable for theift while I was sleeping. There was a 10c-15c degree difference between the hallway and rooms. So they heat rooms but never the hotel. This unfortunately means that Hotels.com listing an A/C in amenities is a lie. The Ugly: Coming back late at night, amd with my last cigarette, i went to the Smoking room in the lobby, unfortunately it looked like it had not been cleaned all day, or atleast in the PM. Trash was piled ontop of both trays, and there were only small areas were you could ash or drop the butt into. I joked to the Japanese business man next to me "Nice Hotel, but they cant even keep it clean".

A fancy hotel for a 3 star
The hotel was beyond my expectations True I had to pay for early check in but Japan is not so flexible as other countries the pool was extra But even so it went beyond my expectations for a three star hotel
