Absolutely fabulous location. Just 200 metres from train street and right in the middle of old town. We spent more and booked the terrace room which I would highly recommend. What you get for the money in Vietnam is well worth it. A great roof top bar and pool. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional but a wonderful stay and would return.

We had an amazing stay at the Meritel Hotel Hanoi. Everything was wonderful: the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the location made it easy to enjoy the city. What made the experience especially memorable was the hotel’s generosity. Without us even asking, they upgraded our room twice during our stay. That thoughtful surprise made us feel truly valued as guests. The rooftop bar and amazing drinks is something we enjoyed every evening! We loved our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend the Meritel Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

The staff are all so nice, Thomas left a note welcoming me back as I had stated previously before travelling to China, welcoming me back with a welcome gift. Phoebe organised me a taxi from the airport, my plane was delayed but she checked in with me, giving me clear directions so that I could find the driver and welcoming me when I got back to the hotel. The room was very clean and comfy, it is very central to walk to sight seeing places in Hanoi. They helped store my luggage too at the hotel after I had checked out. Highly recommended.
