Great place to stay
This is a beautiful hotel in Inverness, easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and the train station. The staff is extremely helpful with what ever your needs. The only downfall is the lack of AC in the rooms(which is the norm in the UK). The staff did provide fans for the rooms which were around 80 degrees when it was 60 outside.

Not your typical Best Western experience.
Not the best western experience we were expecting or are used to in the us. The good: the bed The not so good: The scaffolding in front of your windows with workers starting banging and talking loud at 8 am. Poor parking and unorganized staff at the spa supposed to manage it. Very basic breakfast and not friendly staff.

Scenic Location
Very nice lobby. Convenient Starbucks in lobby. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Hotel faces a beautiful river but our room did not have a view. Lovely river walks adjacent to the hotel.

Nice Hotel Close to Everything
This is a very nice old hotel and it's in a super location that's close to everything. Everything is well maintaining and very classy. The service was all around very good. My only complaints are that the wifi can be a bit slow at times and the parking seems quite limited. On the last note, I did get a spot both nights of my stay but they only seem to have 20 or so. Recommended.
