I wouldn't recommend this hotel at any price.
They've been trying to scam me from the very beginning, telling me that my reservation was 3 days shorter that it actually was, but the same price (obviously). The girl at the lobby (so rude) didn't even want to watch the screen of my phone, when I showed her what she was saying was untrue, and didn't want to believe me, as if I was a liar.
unbelievable.
She first should modify her behavior, because you're not supposed to talk and act so rudely when you work in a hotel lobby, I had never seen that before.
This person is a complete disaster.
I then canceled half of my reservation and it took me days to prove them I was telling the truth, so that they could refund me the good amount of money, because they wanted to charge me 2000 MXN more for nothing, since they accepted to cancel my reservation "For free".
This made my experiment in Puerto Escondido very unpleasant, without even talking about the hotel itself, which is pretty bad.
- To begin with, the internet connection is a joke, don't count on it to work, neither to even load any internet page. It just doesn't work at all.
- There is no terminal of payment in the hotel, which is unbelievable! So if you are a tourist, count on paying a lot of fees, because you can only pay cash!! (What they say anyway...)
- The rude girl at the lobby doesn't speak english, so don't expect to have anything easy if you don't speak spanish
- From most of the room, you will have a very nice v
