Overall, great just hidden fees and spotty wifi
WiFi was super slow and spotty. There were unexpected charges/deposits taken at check in that were not listed anywhere on hotels.com or mentioned anywhere on my booking or when I booked at this property. Parking is offered but the lot is really small and it's a long walk if you are forced to park at the other end of the lot. The room was super clean and comfortable, the breakfast at the property was great and the staff was super nice and accommodating.

The rooms were fine and it has alll the typical expected amenities for a mid price hotel - the shotel store is well stocked and teh breakfast is passable. My issue was with the front desk manager who refused to accept a regular credit card because he thought it was "prepaid" which it clearly was not. Have used it at multiple hotels with no problem. He was clearly profiling me and my husband and tried to invent some policy of not accepting online banks except card is a MC based out of a brick and mortar bank. Unpleasant.

Pay attention to details
The check in process was far from friendly. The 2 ladies seemed more interested in helping the guy play some game then getting us checked in. The room was very stuffy, no air movement. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. There were no USB outlets available within the room. Very outdated furnishings. The fridge was noisy every time it kicked on. The bathroom was very large and the shower was great along with the shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Breakfast was good along with the coffee.
