Falling apart (elevators, housekeeping, etc.)
Opened the room door and there was a family sleeping in the room I was assigned!!! Moved to another room on 4th floor —- the next day had to be moved again because the carpet in front of the AC was soaking wet. The elevator DOES NOT come to the 4th floor unless someone goes into the elevator on another floor and pushes button 4..... you have to call the desk every time you need to come down to the bottom floor. It wasn’t a problem until checkout day and there wasn’t anyone answering the phones. My son went down the steps to floor three, got in the elevator and pushed button 4. We unloaded the bellhop, took it back inside, and there never was anyone at the desk for me to checkout. Did they quit? Towels.... we had to take our towels to the front desk to get clean ones. We never had housekeeping service and stayed 6 nights. The desk people were always friendly, they can’t help the hotel falling apart. The bed was comfortable. If the desk person quit, I don’t blame them. This hotel is always our go to when we come to visit parents and grandchildren. Guess we need to find a different hotel.

Disappointed
The carpets were stained and dirty pretty much throughout the hotel. They provided the bare minimum of towels in the room. Not up to Marriot standards. Won’t go back.

Covid 19 hotel experience
The hotel experience there was not bad but it could have been better. My fiancé and I were on the fourth floor; the elevator only went up to the third floor. Each time, we had to always call for one to be sent up. I wished we had actual room service, when we needed anything, we had to go downstairs. I had to take my dirt towels to them to get new ones. The shower barely has hot water; you have to wait more than five minutes for it to get warm. Lastly, they didn’t have many channels in their cable package. I did like that you could access your Netflix or YouTube account on the tv. COVID-19 did have a major impact on business operations, so keep that in mind when reading my review.

My room was not cleaned upon my arrival. I had to be moved to a different room. It was not a comfortable stay mentally with all that’s going on to be placed in a room that was not properly cleaned.

SpringHill stay disaster
We booked for people in the room but only 2 towels. Had to look for housekeeping crew on my flooring to get new and fresh towel. We stayed at 4th floor but elevator would not come up to 4th floor . Had to call front desk and request it. Most of the time ended up walking down the stairs. Ok only one elevator in service. No plan in case of emergency. AC very loud and thermostat didn’t work correctly. Front desk didn’t have any idea what to do with it. Very disappointed. You guys can do better

Won't Recommend Staying Here
There weren't enough towels & when we asked they were supposed to be delivered same night we checked in but werent then next night got in they said they were in dryer but yet we all needed to shower to go to dinner. The room had not been cleaned very well. The furniture surely hadn't been moved to vacuum around it. Mold around the tub/shower area. The complimentary stuff in shower were empty except shower gel & the faceplate for plug was broken it fell off when we plugged phone in.

Vanity light was out and was told that bulbs were back ordered. Toilet ran constantly and was not fixed for the 3 nights I was there. Desk and counter tops were not wiped down properly. Seems like the quality of this property is degrading.
