Use to be a 5-star hotel now 2-star
This was once a 5 star hotel, which is now very lackluster. Stayed at this hotel multiple times before and never had any issues until this weekend. Checked in 3 hours after check in time and room that was originally reserved was not ready due to housekeeping call-offs and so we settled for a room that was ready instead, only because we were tired and hungry. The person at the desk who checked us in named Jason had a horrible attitude. Realized when we returned from dinner that none of the tvs worked and the sheets were dirty requested a room change but no other rooms were available so we requested a room clean and all they brought were sheets because they had no one to clean the room. The next day requested a room clean and tvs to be fixed. There was no stay over service on a $300 a night room and was told they could bring sheets. Ended up staying an extra day due to exhaustion and let housekeeping know that we needed trash bags to clean up the mess better. Was told by staff member not to worry about it that they would clean it only to be charged upon check out a $300 cleaning fee. When I called to inquire, I talked the manager Danielle,she has horrible customer service skills. I will take my chances at another hotel. 10/10 do not recommend ever again
