Clean room. Some maintenance and upkeep repairs are not very professional. Comfortable bed. A bit overpriced, but overall a nice hotel.

Fire the aggressive yelling, foul mouthed manager.
We were not given the room we had reserved online. We woke to people yelling so loudly we feared there was an emergency of some sort. I left my husband in his wheelchair to discover the source of the screaming was in fact the manager. I asked what could be causing such alarm and she yelled that there was an unsatified guest. I pointed out that the number of upset guests was only increasing with the volume coming from the foyer where she was yelling. Guests were standing in their open doors looking at each other in alarm as I addressed her. After several more tirades, she took the staff into a side room where everyone passing could see and hear her profanity laced yelling. We had planned on staying longer but could not pack up fast enough and leave. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior from a hotel manager.
