Great location, basic room as possible
We has less than 24 hours in London so it did the trick but I would highly advise spending a bit more for somewhere that isn't a tiny studio apartment and no elevator/ list to get bags up several flights of stairs. Staff is friendly and free English breakfast saved the experience .

Adare London
The Adare Hotel was more like a hostel, actually I've stayed in better hostels. Location was great just a quick walk from Paddington Station. That would be the only positive thing about my stay. Rooms were small and dirty, no A/C, and restrooms were small but above all really dirty. The price paid doesn't justify the great location. I would not recommend this hotel families or couples, just somewhere to crash if you are with friends.

Not bad location, terrible hotel(if that is called
Uncomfortable room, two beds, couldn't have been a smaller room.Very poor breakfast. we are sorry that we have to spend another night on 10/7/13.Not worth for the money and we will not give a good review to any of our friends. This is a guest hous or bead and breakfast and not a HOTEL.

Ideal budget stay for London
This is the perfect place for a budget trip stay in London. It's location is unmatched for the price. It is a 10 minute walk to Hyde Park. The neighborhood felt extremely safe. The hotel is two blocks away from the hospital where Kate gave birth to the Royal baby. Because of the hotel's proximity I had a chance to see the royal baby excitement. The rooms do look worn down, but remember that this is a budget hotel. The front desk people are helpful, kind, and welcoming. I would recommend this place.

Would definatly stay again xx
Very good for price (with 50% discount) Breakfast was nerve wrecking - didn't go. Loved big window for fresh air, shame TVs signal was down. Wifi saved the day, sugar and teabags were hard from previous previous previous previous guest spilling something over them
