About the LAY-OUT
The apartment consists of an entrance, a large and bright day area with sofa and seats overlooking the garden through the grand glass windows, a dining room with view over the garden and a dining table for 8 and a fully equipped modern kitchen with another dining table for 4 and a fireplace. There are 3 double bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms with grand walk-in showers. Two of the bedrooms has a great french glass windows with view on the garden while another one has a french door opening onto the patio.
The garden is very private and secluded as well as the interiors of the house: despite the big windows there is no other building that has windows overlooking inside the apartment. In addition, all of the windows of the apartment (including the grand glass windows overlooking the garden) have an electrict black shade that makes dark and privacy so it will no be possible for the other members of the party to see inside the rooms when they are enjoying the garden.
The apartment comes with all the modern comforts: dish-washer, washing machine, clothes dryer, laundry facilities, wifi floor heating, fax/copier, and air conditioning.
ABOUT the LOCATION
Perfect Location in the pedestrian area of Lucca historic centre between the two most important churches: San Giovanni (where every night you can enjoy a concert) and San Romano. The main Piazza Napoleone is just round the corner as well as the closest parking (less than 1 minute walk form the apartment). Train and Bus station are less than 10 minute walking away. Restaurants and groceries are few steps away. The access to the promenade on the top of the city's walls is just round the corner. I could not find a better located apartment.
It is very central .. few steps from everything!
The house is available for a maximum of 6 guests
Heating if used is charged extra for 7 euros daily.

COVID_19 CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2021 AND 2022 BOOKINGS
In these challenging times we understand your concern when making a reservation, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and confident reserving through us. We have therefore introduced a more flexible cancellation policy, for bookings made after November 2020, with arrivals in 2020, 2021 and 2022. In case of travel restrictions of the Italian Government due to COVID_19 we will give our guests the possibility of re-scheduling the reservation to a future date. If you aren't able to decide a date immediately we will issue a voucher, that you can use for any future booking, on any of our properties. We are sorry but we are not in the position to take into consideration travel restrictions issued by other Governments, or airline cancellations.
