GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE FARMHOUSE
Podere La Casetta is a romantic farmhouse of extraordinary charm, near the medieval village of Montaione, in a dominant position, which allows you to admire the sunset over the sea, the peaks of the Apuan Alps, the hills of the Chianti Classico and a viewpoint of castles, woods, olive groves, villages and vineyards.
DESCRIPTION OF THE FARMHOUSING ACCOMMODATIONS
A careful restoration has restored the rustic buildings to their original beauties, the complex now houses 7 apartments, dedicated in their names, to the ancient crafts and destinations of use of a time long gone. Furnished according to the characteristics of the traditional Tuscan farmhouse, the apartments are equipped with every kind of comfort, enriched by rose and aromatic plants and flower paths that lead to the shaded parking area, the swimming pool and its gazebo, children's games, up to to go into the woods, along the vineyards and the DOP saffron fields.
COMMON AREAS
All apartments share the common areas of swimming pool equipped with shallow water area for children, deck chairs and umbrellas, barbeque area, and children's play area.
We offer various accommodation solutions for families, couples, groups of friends who are passionate about food and wine and wine tastings, the world of wine and PDO products, nature and art, relaxation and movement in the open air.
The uncontaminated natural environment offers an unmissable opportunity to practice sports activities such as golf, tennis, horseback riding, trekking and mountain biking.
POSITION
Its fortunate position between Florence, Siena and Pisa makes it an ideal base for excursions throughout Tuscany.
The deep knowledge of the territory combined with the professionalism of a staff who knows all the good rules of attentive and punctual reception are available to the guest.
- Outdoor: The flower-filled paths lead to the sunny terrace with the swimming pool, to the shaded parking lot, until you meet the paths that run all over the farm, among the vineyards, olive groves and the cellar where the wine of own production is bottled.
The large fenced infinity pool (7x15 m) with shallow water area for children, the children's play area, the barbeque, gazebo and relaxation areas along the paths that surround the entire property are available to guests in the farm's park.
