The only complaint I had was there was no heat in my room.
I checked in around 5pm, went to my room to make sure everything was in order and to set the thermostat. I set it for 78 degrees since it was pretty cold outside. But when I arrived at 4am the next morning, the temperature in the room hadn't changed. I went to the front desk and asked for assistance. The clerk came to my room, messed with the remote for the heater and said to give it a few minutes to see if the room would get warm. Let's just say that first night was a somewhat sleepless one.
When I woke up, four hours later, I went to the front desk to tell the clerk that my room was still cold, different person this time. At that moment he was helping another guest with her cold room. the clerk stated that he and the maintenance worker would come to my room after helping the other guest. They never came.
So, around noon I went back up to the front desk to ask for assistance, it was the woman that checked me in the previous day. I told her that the previous clerks were no help so, she went with me to my room to see if she could figure something out. She messed with the remote and stated the same thing the other clerk stated. I told her I'm going to run some errands and when I returned I would let her know if my room was still cold.
When I returned, there was a space heater set up and that space heater ultimately kept me and my room nice and toasty for the next several days.
