The separate bedroom.concept.is nice but there was no ac in that room. A floor fan was pointed at the vent in the wall to push air through from where the ac unit was. Something was splattered all over the walls and floor of the bathroom. Glad it was only one night.

I live in Melbourne and booked and paid for 2 rooms on Sunday, Jan. 1 and two rooms on Friday, Jan. 6th as we were all going on a cruise together. I thought there was a breakfast of some sort in the mornings??? There was nothing. When we got off the cruise ship on Friday I called to see if they could check in early since they had all their luggage and no place to go and had stayed there the Sunday night before. The girl that answered said they "did not offer early check in" I said "is 4:00 the best you can do?" she said "yup and I don't make the rules I just enforce them" those were her exact words. I would not have any friends or relatives visiting here in the Melbourne Area stay there again. Also on Sunday night the police were called for some sort of domestic disturbence in the parking area so it was very noisy.
