Stayed in property while on a vacation to London. Holiday Inn Express Earls Court was a good place to stay. A/C worked great. No noise. Breakfast was full English type with all you wanted. Hotel staff was very friendly. Underground stations were available...we discovered last day Earls Court station was closer than the one we were using...West Kensington...and Earls Court is in the same zone as downtown so it would have saved us on our fares. There were not a lot of restaurants to choose from near the hotel. Our bed was a double and we prefer a king or queen...we are tall folks...don't know if the hotel offered larger beds...didn't ask. Laundry mats and convenience stores in walking distance. Taxi ride to Heathrow Airport took 25 minutes (terminal 3) and cost 28 pounds. No refrigerator in room but ice machine on first floor.

Great Hotel and Staff
Hotel staff was great. Our room was great and it's conveniently located near a couple different tube stations for easy access to central London. I'd definitely stay hear again.

Family friendly, accommodating, amazing breakfast
The staff were very accommodating. We saw staff and management work tirelessly to ensure many people with food allergies, mobility limitations and so forth had everything they needed and more. They allowed us an unscheduled late check out for no charge because of an issue my spouse had when picking up our hire care delayed us being able to leave on time. The area it is located is a little run down, but there are some hidden gems in terms of food (Best Mangal II, Crepe Factory, fruit markets). The pillows weren’t very comfortable. That was the only small con in a long list of pros. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

Perfect location, quality, service for us!
We had such an amazing time- we came for a brief stay in Paris, and this was exactly what we wanted and needed. Close to the Gard du Nord train station, to the major sites in town (and even a Starbucks across the street). Most of all, the SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Merci!

Lovely hotel but not really close to Earl's Court
The service and breakfast were outstanding; the room was lovely but it was almost a £10 taxi ride to any of the three "near by" tube stations.
