Easy to find off the main route into the old village which was important as we arrived in the dark and in the rain! Staff were helpful with suggestions for places to eat.

Meh
Pretty small room, nowhere to put our stuff, no trash can. Bed was smaller than queen size. Bathroom door was scraping the floor and made a loud noise when opening making it hard to not wake others. Surrounding area was fantastic.

great location, breakfast around the block, bad
not a great room, 4th floor, but a great location, staff was helpful, bed extremely uncomfortable, hermitage was the place they put us ,not in the main building they gave us breakfast vouchers for a restaurant around the corner. it was not good, the food was used up yesterdays leftovers. we did not use our last voucher, we went to an other place and paid for a good breakfast. room was clean except for dust at head of bed. a second bar of soap for the tub would have been nice, the towels were so thin you could almost see through them! also the tub was concave at the bottom and very slippery, a rubber mat should have been made available for the tub!!! think twice before you book!! there are a lot to choose from in quebec city.

Nice location for young athletic people.
Overall we had a nice time. The location was great and the staff was very nice. Our only negative comments would be on the size of the room and no elevators. The hotel was spread across several old buildings and none of them had elevators. Our room was on the 4th floor so coming back from a long day of sightseeing, everywhere you were walking up and down the hills, made it difficult to get to the room. Also the bathroom was VERY small, 4 feet by 5 feet. With the sink in our room, which we could reach by sitting on the bed. The room had a full sized bed and just enough room to walk around the bed. Was like a large closet that someone decided they had just enough room to legally make a hotel room. We glanced in at the other more expensive rooms (almost twice the cost) and they were larger, with large baths, and some had balconies (size of a standard hotel room). I guess you get what you pay for.
