Great hotel stay
Was a really lovely stay. The room was large and had everything we needed. Very comfy beds. Did get a little bit too hot but we just opened our windows. Was nice that there was a separate entrance without having to go through the pub and a key box to check out. Great location in my opinion, very close walk to everything. Would definitely stay again as was such good value for money. Was nice to have little amenities as well.

Avoid if you want peace
The hotel had an awful smell about it. The shower is impossible to use unless you just want to stand there and not wash. It’s tiny. The seals weee coming off of the shower as were the doors. In my room the tap was extremely wobbly. There was dust on everything, even the bin! The hotel is still a work in progress so there’s workmen drilling etc so don’t stay here if you’re looking for peace.

Could do better
We’ll where to start! The stairs are narrow and steep. When we were shown to our room we were surprises at how small it was. We booked the comfort room but the double bed was pushed up to the window which had extreme condensation, so I had to shuffle down the bed to use the en-suite or climbed over my partner. The shower was just about hot enough as long as the cold wasn’t used. No mirror in the room when you use the hairdryer. It was so claustrophobic that although we booked for three nights we decided to only stay for two.

Great for the O2
For an event at the O2 this is perfect. Really friendly pub - fantastic care shown on our check in - no breakfast but we were on a quick stop overnight so no problem and there are plenty of eateries nearby.
