    Great location and accommodations

Overall a great experience. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Valet parking is suspended due to covid, but they are still charging valet rates!? Easy off site parking just a block away for about half the price.

Enjoyed my stay and close to so many things

Everyone was super nice and helpful. Their parking was full so staff let us know where there was additional parking and let us know prices. Everything was nice and clean and not just anyone could get in the elevators. There was a key pass to use them. I would visit here again. It was also very close to shopping centers

Did not clean room or provide hospitality

I was very disappointed that upon check in the front desk did not tell me about the maid service requests. My room did not get cleaned. Once I asked the FD, they said requests need to be made my 12, I was at FD at 12:20. I asked politely if they could try to arrange something, but no. There was no hospitality given. The FD staff member did not seem to value my feelings about having my room cleaned. I then requested to have my room cleaned the next day. I went down to the FD to make sure, and she said it was not requested and that requests need to be made by 10AM now.

    Worst experience, horrible hotel

I dropped my friend at the ballgame and brought our things to put in the room. I was going back to the game after I checked in. The clerk was very rude, I had enough money to pay for the room, but I was $30 short for the $100 deposit. My friend was paying for the room. They would not lêt me check in even tho I could pay for the room. They would not take his credit card over the phone for a deposit. They treated me like I was a homeless person because I didn't have enough cash for the deposit!!! They sent me away until I could come up with the deposit. I felt like a criminal, they even called the police to keep an eye on me.. ALL OVER A DEPOSIT!! I didn't get to the ballgame until the 6th inning. The room was ok. Floors were dirty and there was no service. We wanted coffee in the morning and all that was there was decaf. My friend went downstairs to get some coffee and was told they would bring it up. They brought up decaf only. We needed a ride back to catch the Ferry, it was only 6 miles. They had a car but wanted to charge $25 for a 6 mile ride. For the price of this hotel you would think they might accommodate something.... I will NEVER stay here again, not will I recommend this hotel. They are very judgemental and treat people like me as a bum.! 0 out of 5 stars..!!

City View??? I don’t think so!

I booked a standard room with a “city view”. And there was no view. I think the description is misleading.

    Pros and cons

We checked in and were told we had a standard room with a city view. We had a bay view not a city view. Bath towels were ratty, worn with strings hanging off the sides. Food was good, bed was comfy and room was clean.

    Great seamless experience.

Fir our first visit to the city, it was overall a great experience. We had a rental that was above the height limit of the self parking. For an additional fee we were secured a parking spot near the entrance fir each night of our stay. Great service. The only downside as with any city was the amount of homeless around the area. We walked for dinner one night and felt it strange, specially with little ones. If you live in a city then I’m sure you are used to it. We came from a more suburban area and so it was different for us.
