Staff is rude
The lady at the front desk was rude. We booked a king size bed and she gave us two full sized. When we went to ask for the right room she said “you can look at my screen. It says I can give you any room” until I argues it enough she said she’d go see if there was one being cleaned. She found one but didn’t speak to us till she had the key and was like “I found one. Here you go. It is being cleaned but should be done when you get up there”. It wasn’t. We had to wait about 10 min standing outside the room till it was finished. It was a clean room but she made check in miserable.
