Wyndham needs to pay attention to their hotel!!
Check in and out was very quick and nice. I can see some renovations had started...needs to continue. Our bathroom sink floor tub and surround was updated. Toilet was old... it actually had a WOOD toilet seat which had the finish rubbed off in places and stained by cleaners. There was a hard water line or grunge line in the bowl, so either old or not cleaned. Plus where it bolted to the floor it was smashed, so whole toilet rocked to the side. The wall mounted blow drier was old and gave up the ghost so I had no drier. (Yes I checked the gfi reset button) Rest of room was clean. Elevator and most of transition flooring was ripped up, old. And not that the hotel has much control over this, but when we left in the morning, the entire hallway smelled like weed because someone in one of those rooms didnt care about the no smoking policy. By time we checked out at desk and reported this, we smelled like weed on our clothes!!!!! NOT HAPPY I spent over $150 for this!!!

Better than sleeping in the car but not by much
The bed linens were torn. It was a very noisy night which resulted in very little sleep. Upon arriving in the breakfast room we found empty OJ dispensers, empty cereal dispensers, little choice for coffee creamer and stale packaged cinnamon rolls……Also I was confronted at the desk by 2 employees about my room rating at check in. Just because I didn’t give a big smiley face it did not give anyone the right to confront me about it at checkout. That was very unprofessional and disturbing. We stayed there because there really wasn’t any choice close to my daughters home but next time I will stay somewhere else.

There was no hot water, I don't mean luke warm, I mean ice cold. Asked to transfer rooms, they said they were all dirty. There were hairs on the shower base, shower surround and both beds, along with the crumbs. Asked to talk to the manager, but he never returned my call. No restaurant or breakfast. They have breakfast in a bag at the front desk. I wont ever be back and I recommend the same for you.

Best option close to family and Fair - 4 nights
We requested (and received) a 2nd floor room facing the quieter woods on south side, rather than the larger parking lot, highway and railroad tracks. Amenities limited to a prepared bag of packaged breakfast items on request, no buffet. One coffee pot on a table in lobby with basic items, but lacking tea or napkins! Room was clean enough and beds were fine. The thermostat kept turning off and there are relatively few outlets for computers and devices. We did not request housekeeping during our stay, as we were fine reusing towels and bedding for a short trip. Internet/WiFi seemed spotty and really slow at times. Hotel generally seemed quiet, with few staff around. Used the pool (indoor) once and did not use the fitness room (only 4 pieces of equipment) as I chose to run outside instead. Overall, hotel seems a little worn at the edges and eerily quiet, but was safe and fine for our needs. May stay again or stay with relatives next time we’re in the area.

Worst stay ever
Believe the reviews!!! It's a very filthy, dirty disgusting place. We had to switch rooms, because the first one was so dirty, the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all, you could see the "usage marks" in the toilet and that's putting this politely. The second room wasn't clean either, so they asked us to go have dinner while they clean it again. They did something, but I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself so we can at least take a shower. They don't do any housekeeping, they blame it on covid but they just simply don't care. The hallway and elevator had the same garbage through the whole five days we were there, including the spilled coffee on the floor. They advertise a gourmet breakfast and they give you a white paper bag with a muffin and a dollar store fruit cup. All this while they charge a five star hotel rate. Believe me, I wouldn't even qualify it as a cheap motel. Never ever would I even consider to stay at this place, I would've left day one if there was another hotel available in the area.
