Accommodating, old & busted with a pretty cover
The hotel called us prior to checking in to inform us that they had been overbooked and they could not provide the room we had reserved. However, they were willing to provide us two adjoining rooms. Although they were accommodating to provide the rooms we needed, the rooms were old and needed repairs. There wasn't even a latch on the bathroom door. The microwave was "micro-sized" The air conditioner was not able to keep the far side of the room cool enough. There wasn't an elevator in the building. The stairways had an odor of marijuana on a regular basis.

We usually love it, but something seemed off
This was our 5th year staying at this hotel, for an annual family reunion in Moses Lake. We usually love it. They allow us to bring our dogs, the staff is friendly, its clean, and breakfast is a pretty good variety. This year something seemed different. The staff was all different and I wouldn't use the word friendly. I also booked and paid for a queen suite (which is a higher rate), but when we got there to check in at 4 pm our room had been given away! And i was told there was nothing he could do about the rate difference because it was booked throigh Hotels.com. He did wave the pet fee to tey to make up for it, but i do not believe the rate difference is the same as the pet fee :(
