      This should be a 5 Star Hotel. Everything about it is above average. The large staff are so friendly, and fawn over the guests at a level that makes one feel as if they have mistaken you for royalty! The breakfast buffet is great.

      good hotel BUT issues need to addressed!

      Were were here for 20 nights. Good friendly staff. but unfortunately the carpet in the entire hotel are disgusting and dirty dirty dirty!...also saw on 2 occasions cockroaches on the breakfast buffet!...shower water pressure is low/normal. Had some technical issues with the room which the maintenance staff attended to straight away. Air conditioning in the whole hotel is very good. The room was very comfortable. Unfortunately the room and all the towels smell of nasty damp mould. No nice fragrance at all on the towels or the rooms. Staff are very courteous. The breakfast for the 20 nights we were there was ALWAYS the same!. They only had a south Indian menu although they will make eggs and sausages for you on request, but the buffet choice was always "Idli and Sambhar". The clientele in this hotel are predominately from within India and as such I think that's the reason for the south indian style buffet; but EVERY morning!!!!...we were sick of it and decided to eat out on a few occasions especially as we were gonna be there for 20 nights! if things improve we may stay again in march 2021, but will check again before we book!... hope the management/ owners are reading this and make the necessary improvements/ changes.
