Comfortable beds in old town. It was a great place with a wonderful breakfast.

Great location, bit pricey for the features
Thought the place was overpriced for the experience though. There was no room service, cordless room phone would not connect to the base unit, wifi cut out a couple of times, and I think I might have found one or two TV channels (all News) in English. As a tourist, I had to go out and buy power adapters for the wall sockets to charge my phone. Most hotels at this price point would typically provide this. That said, here's the pros: The location is perfect - street market on the same street, 5 minute walk to the subway station and also to the clock tower, lovely neighborhood. Room was spacious, reception staff was very friendly and the breakfast was not bad.

Not bad if you set your expectations right
My synopsis: 1) Great location - in the middle of city center and old town. 2) The condition of the hotel is bad - short staffed and need to chase the staff to get things done.On one of the nights, we had no quilt/blanket and they were super booked. Had to spend 30 mins at 11:30 PM to get things sorted. 3) The Breakfast is good - no issues 4) Spacious rooms and bathrooms 5) One elevator only is also an issue at times. 6) Overall the condition of the Hotel doesn't qualify it as 4 start in anyway

Greart Old City Hotel
The weakest link was the housekeeping not being able to re-supply milk, toilet paper and tissues. Room was Large and very clean but garbage was not removed daily. A serious leak from the shower was fixed on the same day. Weird that Housekeeping didn't report it. Front desk was very good. Sonia was particularly helpful. Buffet was VERY good, tho one puzzler was an orange flavored beverage last served to America's astronauts - Tang
