Could have been great, but alas it wasn't
All told a mixed experience. Unit itself was great, had all amenities desired. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, washing machine. The unit was nice, but it was on the ground floor so it was noisy from traffic on two sides. Also, it was abutted to the entrance door so we got to hear drunken groups from 10 pm to 2am, which was a hassle when you have two children under 10. A lock on the back door was unable to lock and was easily accessible from the sidewalk. This security lapse was completely unacceptable but didnt seem to merit a level of concern on the staff's part. I have two young children so I had to rig a noise system and sleep in the room alone and have kids sleep with mum. it was fixed the next day thankfully. Location is great, right next to Sea experience and a lovely canal zone All told, it had great promise but not the room I was given for the night in question. Wifi was questionable since I was too far from the router to get any traction. Washing machine was good, and heat was ample. Could have been great without the noise and staff inability to rectify situation due to Easter holiday.

spacious rooms right across from arena
Just stayed overnight for a concert. Clean, -large- bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen, had a small washer/dryer there with soap provided. Bed could have been more upscale but was clean and large. Furnishings were clean, comfortable and up to date. All modern appliances that worked well. Hotel was just 1 block from arena entrance, very good location for that. Area was just a little dodgy, They had well lit secure parking for 10 GBP extra that we did use.

Very high standard
It was unfortunately just an over night stay. It would have been very much interesting if we have stayed longer.

Arena View (?)
For: Spacious, clean, access to centre Against: fairly basic, could do with some upgrading / noise from traffic (it's practically on a roundabout) so couldn't sleep in main bedroom / ridiculously thin blind in 2nd bedroom let in light from corridor outside. / Most windows wouldn't shut tight / Only 4 little capsules of milk, more please.

Appartment good for long stay - not for one night
While driving it is not easy to see the entrance to reception, a continuous drone in the bedroom from an AC unit or extractor fan was not good, the curtains were not lined so light shone through the bedroom window at 5 a.m., and a £10 charge for parking overnight seemed a little harsh.
