Do NOT stay here. This review is more of a warning due to this place being more of a public health and safety issue than anything. This hotel is probably one of the nastiest places I have ever stayed at. We were promised the "BEST" room in the hotel (due to us paying for a suite) in return for a positive review. When we entered the room, we were absolutely mind blown with the amount of roaches and bugs in the kitchen area and the entire room smelled of vomit, weed and cigarettes combined. Walking down to the front desk the guy behind the desk said they had no rooms left to switch us to and there is a no refund policy. I told him that our room smelled like someone vomited all over the place and he, no kidding, gave me a bottle of hand sanitizer to wipe up surfaces MYSELF as they are not hiring ANY cleaning crews due to Covid. So, no rooms are being cleaned. Wake up the next morning to head out for the day and noticed a homeless man sleeping on the folding tables in the laundry area. Upon our return, we were locked out of our room and had to go get new keys (which happened more than once). There was no one manning the front desk to help as they are all outside on personal phone calls every time you see them. We finally got new keys, entered our room and roaches again took off away from the door. DO NOT stay here. I will be reporting this hotel as this is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at, and the prices are an absolute scam for what you get. I want my money back.

Shower was a little different. Usually with a single valve the cold water comes on first and then the hot water (not that there was a lot of it) at the full hard over position. Here, it was reversed, with the warm water coming on first.

Room not with rolli in shower, as paid for. Cqrpet smelled musty. Roim not for wheelchair use. None of furniture matched. No kitchenette, as in a suite. Paint on walls and trim very poorly applied. Paint on floors. 4 grout colors on floor. People smoking in stairwells. Door did not fit frame and had gaps around it. Uneven brick walkways. Breakfast had hard biscuits, reheated eggs, few choices, burnt tasting coffee, only herbsl tea, and tables unwashed between guests. We were very disappointed.

The room left a lot to be desired. There was no creamer and sugar for the coffee packs. The room had no exhaust fan vent in the bathroom which caused a lot of humidity to fill the room. Only one waste basket. With the new policies of not servicing the rooms during guest stays, it would behoove the hotel to place extra towels to offset this requirement.

The room had a funny smell. The bed had no bed skirt. The bed was horrible as there was no support in the middle as it’s been worn over the years and they apparently don’t have the money to replace. It sunk so bad into the middle of the bed. Very uncomfortable and didn’t get any sleep because of it. We tried to sleep on very edge of bed as that was the only support there was. The walls had picture hangers but no pictures! The tv was not even plugged in and when it was plugged, the screen was so staticky too even see what we are watching. I should of know this was not a good place to stay as I was checking in, a woman was bad she had to switch rooms and then a gentleman behind me wouldn’t even say what was wrong with his room till I walked away. Must of been embarrassing.

carpet in halls was coming up. My room had no furniture and only 1 light. paint was peeling and cracks. Huge stain on rug red/brown in color. Doors had pry marks and paint chipping. I stayed here about 10 years ago and its falling apart fast!
