Great Stay
We loved staying here! Everything was beautiful and comfortable. The service was excellent and friendly. We definitely plan on staying here again. The only things I would suggest is for guests to read the signs and know how to turn off the lights on the heating/cooling unit so you can sleep. Also due to the age of the hotel, the floors were very creaky and we could hear people walking in the hallway and in the room above us because we are light sleepers. Otherwise, everyone seemed to respect the quite times between 10pm and 10am. Overall, it was a great stay and highly recommended.

Lovely B&B!
We had a wonderful stay at The Princess Anne. Shout out to Olivia who was a font of information about the area and was a delight to talk to. Breakfast was delicious as was the afternoon wine and snacks. Hotel was a 5 minute drive to downtown Asheville, and the Biltmore Estate was only about 10 minutes away. I would highly recommend The Princess Anne and hope to have a chance to stay there again sometime.

Short but delightful
A welcoming reception by Samantha started everything on a great foot. We arrived too late for the happy hour but she brought us two glasses of wine anyway. The room was comfortable and the full breakfast was excellent. It was a short stay but totally delightful and relaxing. Like the living room area. Very inviting and comfortable. Great stay.
