Nice boutique authentic Venetian base of operation
A very cozy hotel with a touch of authentic venetian grandeur. Historic building. Good location and pretty close to Vaporetto station. Accessible to much of this incredible city. Great staff and good service. Neda at the front desk was very helpful and professional. The daily afternoon tea, snacks and also great breakfasts were very enjoyable. Overall we would recommend this nice hotel for a visit to Venice.

Classic rooms much too small.
Second time in this hotel and room this time was much smaller and less luxurious than before. Recommend that you book a higher class room. Afternoon snacks and evening wine very nice touch. Ask desk for good pillows as those provided are flat and hard.

Grandma's attic room
Everything is totally overpriced in Venice and being a spoiled American, I read the reviews and chose the Una Hotel because no one had anything negative to say about the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room that I was given had great air conditioning, comfortable bed, decent sized room, nice breakfast/afternoon snack room and fair wifi. The room looked exactly like it did on the internet, ugly patterned dark green cloth wallpaper, matching dated grandma style green furnishings and dirty painted doors. By American standards, I think that this hotel was on the pricey side for such an unattractive room but I am aware that things in Europe have a different standard.

Very nice and reasonably priced.
We chose UNA Hotel Venice because it was reasonably priced, but feared that it was not well located. It turns out it has a great location. It's about 2 blocks from the main street. It is a teeny bit hard to find, but once you find it, you'll appreciate that it's on a quiet street, half way between the main street and a main water bus station where you can catch the boat to Burano, Murano, or all around Venice. The room was lovely. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and ample. They provided a good buffet breakfast that filled us up for the day. When we came back to the hotel nice and tired in the afternoon, they had a happy hour with wine and snacks. They left the snacks -- small sandwiches, cookies and chips --- out until 10:00 pm. So if you want to save money on food, that's an option. The wifi was good. The bathroom was fabulous, with a towel warmer. Mostly, it was on a side street, so it was nice and quiet. No screaming tourists around. Do note the hotel can be a bit hard to find, so zoom in well on Google Maps to make sure you have a good understanding of where it is before heading out. This hotel was very reasonably priced for what it offered.
