Lacking Customer Service
Our flight was delayed and we needed a place to stat overnight. We looked for hotels that were close to the airport and that wouldn't break the bank. The customer service at the front desk lacked the customer part. When we checked in the lady at the front seemed as if the customers who were checking in were a bother to her. Later on we wanted to see what good restaurants were in the area so we decided to ask a local. We went back to the front desk and found the same girl on her cell phone and she told us to hold on.
The following morning breakfast was offered but they started cleaning everything up about 15 minutes early. My son needed some water but nothing was coming out of the container. I asked the lady who was cleaning up (she was also the person manning the front desk) if there was something wrong with the machine and her response was "It was working this morning" and then she walked away.
Next time I'll spend the $20 extra dollars and stay at a different location.
