Avoid this hotel
The only thing good about this hotel is it's proximity to Termini train station. The standard room was clean and in good condition but cramped for 3 people. That's why I initially booked the apartment. But they gave me the standard room at check in. When I protested that this wasn't the room I booked the clerk acknowledged that fact but said very matter of factly, "sorry, your right but we gave your room away to someone else". Not even indicating that it was a mistake. He wouldn't give me a discount and instead said I could have a free breakfast buffet which was supposed to be included anyway. It's not like I arrived at midnight either. It was around 4-5 PM and had already emailed them the time I would be checking in with their confirmation.

Too far from the actual hotel. Room smells of cigarette but the hotel did offer to change our room. Laundry machine have only hot water and shrink clothes. Frig was a plus. Elevator can only fit one person with 1 luggage.

Great Location and Experience
It was a nice experience. The The apartment has plenty a room and all the necessary convert to rest. The terrace it’s a wonderful place to have coffee and talk or just arrest staring at the sky and stars. Cleaning lady was very professional and helpful. Don’t get scared by the old fashion elevator, it is fun!
