Horrible facility. Wonderful front desk staff

The staff person was kind and accommodating but that is the only thing I can say good about this hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby I was hit with an overwhelming smell of marijuana. The lobby was in disarray- looked like they received a shipment that sat on a pallet. The surfaces (lobby counters and iPad I signed for my charges) were dirty. The ease of check in was good- again the staff person was pleasant. I headed to my room and again, everything seemed dirty. There was something resembling feces on the bathroom counter. There were stains on the bed spread. I walked in and out. Went to the lobby and simply stated “I can’t stay here- it is gross “. The staff person did not argue and immediately said he would refund my money- without me asking, without an argument. I appreciate that!
