Worst experience I've had in a long while. The check-in instructions were incomplete so I had to call for help when I needed into the parking lot. What a nightmare that was, on the phone I explained at least 3 times that the parking spots offered had cars already parked in them and that someone else let me in since I never received instructions to get in. I was told to find parking elsewhere and they would refund me for the parking that I paid extra for as well as reimburse me for the parking lot I had to use 1km away. When I walked back to the building and successfully guessed which lockbox had the apartment key and called customer service for the apartment number since that also wasn't in the instructions, I arrived to an apartment without WiFi and a drafty balcony door to go with the uncomfortable beds. Customer service was absolutely useless with getting the WiFi back up and didn't seems to care about it or anything else wrong with the apartment. Needless to say, I felt completely ripped off and gave them every opportunity to reimburse me but the best I could get was a refund for the parking and even getting that was like pulling teeth because I didn't take pictures of the cars in their spot, despite never being asked to. I can't ever recommend Global Stay to anyone I care about, the experience was miserable on all fronts and I can't believe I had to pay for it, stay literally anywhere else.
