The beach is beautiful, the staff are friendly. I have stayed through Expedia 3 times at this resort. It is always a pain to check in.. taking at least an hour.Lobby bar will give you drinks.. No Idea why. This time it was really difficult.. their computers were not working? or at least the ones they use to check in with..Check in staff looked stressed. I asked for a room near an elevator or close to an exit as one of our party had knee problems.. They gave us a room near a broken elevator on the top floor.. in room 1412 the air conditioner didn't work well.. room was always close to 80 degrees..horrible to sleep in... so they offered us other rooms.. one was next to the pool pump very loud. We ended up staying in the rooms as assigned. When they were unable to fix the AC the only room available was in the kids section. I'm not sure if I would return as at 66 years old AC at night is a must ..my brother went into town and bought a fan but still tough to sleep. .Be careful if you have to see the doctor.. I was ordered Flagyl and as it was in spanish I didn't recognize it, never told not to drink or go in the sun? at an all inclusive beach resort ? Food is great. French, Italian restaurants very good. Drinks fair. Shows good/ok .running out of space.. I love the beach, if you do you will love it there.. no public hot tub though. pool looks nice. Do not unpack until you check out your room. Dinner res. works great on app. Bring lots of small bills for tips.
