An awful experience
This hotel was awful. The bath had no plug, OK, so a shower it is, no hot water, running the water to see if would get hot resulted in a flooded bathroom !! Complained to reception on Friday morning, who said they would notify maintenance, on return later, NOTHING DONE. Was told Guest Services person would be advised and to check again on Saturday morning re. room change. Lift out of order, no sign, just not working ! Complained again Saturday morning, no other room available - still no hot water. Advised maintenance had been told. Said I was not prepared to stay 3rd night and said I did not expect to pay for 3rd night, disdainful response -'talk to your booking agent'. Hotels.com website did say not refundable if booking changed, however standard of hotel was simply unacceptable, the 'change' (cancellation of 3rd night) was by necessity not choice. It will be interesting to see what response is regarding a refund !

Amazing service
I stayed two nights. When i arrived there was some problem with my booking. They didn't find it but i still got room and contact the manager in the morning. She was so wonderful and helpful and everything was fixed. Overall the service was really good. Staff was polite and friendly. I had payed only for the breakfast but in the pool i was told that all bars were free duringy stay even though i didn't have all inclusive booked. That was nice surprise! Rooms are okey. There wasn't really any extra like hairdryer and stuff but i am sure that they would've get it for need. My plane was leaving at the evening so i asked if i can keep my room little longer or use a shower so i could enjoy the last day at the pool and she (the manager) made sure that it wouldn't be a problem and i got to use one of the rooms shower to refresh myself before heading to the airport. Excellent service. Thanks!

Overall experience was ok, very calm pool area and hotel, nice location near Ialyssos services. Warm water was available after the first night. The hotel is for families as well even though Hotels.com site states that it is only for guests over 16 year old. Not too many kids though during out visit. No privacy - cleaning and/or maintenance bursting in right after knocking (if even knocked). Also at the last night the reception escorted a whole family to our room about 6 in the morning. Would be good to have ”do not disturb”-signs available. The cleaning would be better also especially between the clients (there was stains in the bathroom wall and all taps were unclean).

Mycket bra hotel för dessa pengar. Personalen var helt fantastiska, de såg verkligen till att vi skulle trivas. Det var lagom mycket folk och det fanns massor med solstolar, så man behövde inte paxa några stolar. Vi hade lite problem med att korten till rummet inte fungerade och fick bytas ut ganska ofta. Vi fick fri bar vid poolen hela veckan som kompensation.

Vous êtes prévenus!!
Ne pas se tromper, cet hôtel n'a rien d'un 4 étoiles mais plutôt d'un 2 étoiles. Ayant choisi cet hôtel au vu des photos sur le site, qu'elle ne fut pas ma surprise de constater que notre chambre (situé dans le bâtiment annexe) était d'une laideur sans nom. Un mobilier des années 70, un lit peu confortable, une climatisation à réveiller un mort et la salle de bain avec de la faïence cassée; un manque évident d'entretien de l'hôtel. Après cette première déception, nous pensions pouvoir revoir notre jugement avec la restauration en formule tout inclus. Hélas, encore une fois la déception fut grande. Tous les repas sont minimalistes; rien n'est bon car tous les produits sont bas de gamme pour faire des économies (vous savez ceux des rayons d'en bas dans les super marchés); et si vous êtes végétarien c'est encore plus compliqué (mes repas ont été constitués de tomates, féta et oignons pendant tout le séjour). Les boissons sont hyper sucrées y compris les coktails dont le degré d'alcool ne vous fera pas tourner la tête. Les autres prestations sont du même niveau (chaises cassées autour de la piscine, pas de wifi dans les chambres et partage de la plage avec un autre hôtel) Ce mépris du client est totalement inacceptable d'autant que les prestations ne sont pas en adéquation avec le prix de la journée. L'hôtel est situé dans le quartier balnéaire, beaucoup de restaurants mais avec des prix parisiens. En conclusion si vous voulez séjourner sur l'ile de Rhodes, évitez cet hôtel.

Je recommande cet hotel, nous y avons passé un agreable séjour, celui-ci est conforme à la description, la nourriture est correcte pour le all inclusive, cependant manque un peu de variété au niveau des desserts.il est bien entretenu.
