Great location, lovely staff!
Hotel is in great location. Staff, Vasilli (Bill), Phillipos (Phil) and Donna were most helpful. If you come bring Bill some Sunmaid raisins, he loved them! If you have mobility issues this is not the place, too many stairs until you reach an elevator. Overall very pleased

NOISY STREET!
VERY NOISY STREET, lots of motorbikes. I found it very difficult to enjoy the room. Pretty good location for Acropolis, museum and Placa. Lousy TV and coffee. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Poor 2.0
Aweful hotel, and aweful booking company
The Hotel was centrally located with easy walking access to attractions in Athens. But that was the only positive thing about this entire reservation. From the moment I made the reservation to the time I checked out, experience has been very frustrating. First hotels.com failed to mention that this was a 1 person occupancy room. I called hotels.com within 15 mins of the reservation and the long hour I spent with customer services was a colossal waste of time. They ended up telling me that I had to contact the hotel manager to request a change and that hotels.com had no control on the reservation. And they refused to cancel the reservation. And now begins the real pain. I understand Europe and particularly countries like Greece don't have the same standards as us here, but the hotel manager took this opportunity to turn something so trivial into a scheme to force us into a way more expensive room. Long story short, we decided to cough up the extra money and pay for the "only" available room. But the agony did not end there. From the moment we walked into the hotel, to the time we checked out, they tried to nickel & dime us for every thing from breakfast to A/c (despite the reservation clearly stating that was already included in the reservation). There were a couple moments I had to let the manager have it. I would strongly recommend tourist avoid this place. The ratings on hotels.com are way overrated.
