The hotel is clean, comfortable bed and spacious bath. The only thing I didn’t like is the location. It was a long walk from the people mover station. We had to hire a porter to carry our luggage cause we had to walk through bridges and cobble stones. Also a distance to Saint Marks square.
Nice and quiet location. Staff was very friendly/helpful.
Room was quite small, dark, and mostly occupied by the bed. Also, it was on the ground floor with a glass door abutting a courtyard to which other guests had access. We always had to have the night curtain drawn. Bathroom was cramped and ill-designed. Location is outstanding, staff very friendly (they offered to change room but we declined as we were already unpacked).
Best concierge service- completely helpful and attentive. So grateful for a suggestions, directions, and patience to show you on a map. I traveled solo and had only 30 hours, but fit in an amazing amount to see with helpful planning. The room was VERY nice, gorgeous breakfast spread and 5 star 24 hr front desk. Thank you for making my first trip to Venice so memorable !! Hope to return soon!
A very old palazzo redone for the 21 century. Eye popping colors with a bit of old Venetian history.
we went with two kids. our room was spacourse and nice and staff were friendly.
Great place, great service, great room and decoration, great bathroom with top quality elements. Great breakfast room and food.
Quiet area, clean, friendly staff, near water bus stop, close to eating places.
We have very good service and highly recommend it.
