Great location and staff
Our stay was great. Location was perfect, right on the beach and we always felt safe, as two women. The breakfast was amazing each morning and the staff was so incredibly nice and kind. The hotel is very clean; we felt like they were always cleaning the floors. Unfortunately while we were there, the pool was under construction, and our view was of the pool and the beach, so it was a bummer. But overall, we would stay here again.

Paradise for real
It was amazing ,beach front and very easy access to tours and good restaurants..the bands that the hotels give you for identification also use as purpose for telling the guide how much the charge you for example jets ski and water activities. Etc.

Don't do it...
Hotel was not OK. Despite being next to the beach and a block away from the shops and few blocks away from restaurants, there are few hotels that are in a bad location. Hotel was not dirty but humidity forced you to keep the AC on at 17°C if not the floor was flooded in water. Staff was a very low point. Check in took about 2hs and if we didn't demand for it to be completed, we would still be there! They were not even helpfull to locate an avenue that was few blocks away not even to tell us that the pool was going to be closed 2 days after we got in. Weather made it impossible for us to take any tour (due to the winds) and the sand was impossible in the beach and NO POOL WAS AVAILABLE and NOBODY WARNED US not even made up for the inconvenience. Not recommended at all!
