First Time to See Fridge with 15°C Temperature
Buffet (Breakfast 7:00 – 11:30, Lunch 12:30 – 2:30, Dinner 6:00 – 9:00) - I liket that they open the buffet for long hours BUT if you are going on an early morning activity like diving with a call time of 7:00 am, you will definitely miss the breakfast buffet. They open the juice dispensers without checking the quality of the juice. I got juice that tastes like water a couple of times because of this. I do like that they serve wine and beer during dinner. Room - The room is clean. It is good that they clean the room everyday. But they dont change the glasses. Maybe it is in their policy but it would have been nice to have a new glass everytime they clean the room because we dont even have dishwashing soaps or what not. The a/c is cool enough for the room, considering it is so hot outside. Also, when we open the balcony door even for just a bit, to hang our clothes to dry, the a/c automatically turns off. And the worst part is the fridge! First time to see a fridge with a temperature of 15°C. It was VERY DIRTY! Amenities - The amenities are actually okay. They have 2 pools and one with a slide. They also have a restaurant and a souvenir shop in the basement. Personnel – The restaurant and housekeeping people are warm and friendlyNOT the front office though, unfortunately. Would we come back to this hotel? I don’t think so. But as long as you don’t expect too much based on their pictures, then, all should be good.

Nice and relaxing hotel
It was a nice relaxing weekend. The room was comfortable. The breakfast marvellous catering for everyone even for people opting for healthy meals.

Best customer service
We really enjoyed our stay here. Best customer service ever! Indoor pool wasn't great and the restaurant manager Robert (?) needs to smile and be more customer-oriented and not give his staff hard time in front of everyone.. otherwise, a great place for holidays! We already plan on coming back to Malta just so we could stay at the Seashells Resort :)

Packaged-holiday dump
The pictures of the hotel are very pretty... but it's a dump. The hallways smell like trash. The rooms are incredibly hot, because the thermostat--they claim--is fixed at 17C, but it feels much hotter. Also, everything... EVERYTHING.... stops working once you open the door. So the AC will shut up, your phone will stop charging, the TV will turn off, and the room will be plunged into darkness, is someone leaves the room, while the other person is still there. Housekeeping was terrible. They NEVER replaced used and dirty glasses or mugs. I understand conservation, but if a towel is dirty, then why couldn't they replace it?? Breakfast was entirely about quantity and absolutely no quality. I'm pretty sure the juices were watered down. The coffee was terrible. The pool is filthy, but I guess its hard to keep it clean with so many children around. It is a little silly to have the pool only open between 9am-6pm. Maybe keep it open a little later (or earlier) for adults only. It is a bit ridiculous to charge 2 euro for the use of a beach towel. You claim to be a hotel by the beach (there is no beach, but the sea is fine). And even more ridiculous to charge an additional 2 euro every Front desk staff was helpful enough. Natalie at Customer Relations was fantastic-- incredibly patient and helpful. The area is aimed entirely at packaged holidays, so if you want higher-quality service and a better property, find a hotel in St. Julian's!

Good hotel, in a great location, needs a little wo
Room was large, good amenities. A/C was not very strong so room was humid and unfortable at times. The staff was very friendly, but they charge for everything in the hotel including bottled water and towels if you bring one down to the pool. That seems to be the norm for the island but it makes you feel like its more about the money.
