1st class staff at front desk. I always receive a warm and welcoming greeting and they provided any information requested with a smile. However the room was clean but dingy, outdated, dark and gloomy. I hated being in the room but the lounge lacked an inviting sitting area and the pool water was too dirty to swim in. The breakfast bar was okay.The location was also okay. This hotel definitely did not meet the standards for the amount paid and being part of Marriott chain.

We were able to figure out how to use the TV, which is a challenge as so many other places use streaming services only. It would be awesome if the TV had been on a swivel base though. The shower was roomy with shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. The toilet area, however, was very crowded.
