There was hair in the bathroom left from a cleaning cloth, the phones didn't work or my TV maintenance wasn't available the chair was worn and torn and a broken door knob to the bathroom. They were very polite honest and friendly.

The hotel went above and beyond the whole hotel was amazing it totally exceeded my expectations and the price was well worth it better than the hilton and la Quintana i was totally surprised but i was so expressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were so awesome best hotel ever definitely going to be returning soon
