Poor 2.0
Old hotel. Bug on towel
It is very expensive for what it offers.Single rooms are in basement near dinning room and very noisy in the morning and it is a bad smell and very small room without table or chair. Also I found a bug on towel (attached picture). Every time when leave hotel you have to leave key to reception, that is absurd. Breakfast is very poor only ham and cheese. Lobby is very small. Pillows and bed sheets are not fresh. Shower stand is missing so I had to keep shower handle in hand. Very noisy rooms and also you do not have signal on mobile phone.Room was very hot and even if I closed the tap of radiator it was still hot.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
I have traveled extensively and work for Delta and have never experienced such a terrible hotel, service and management. I managed to stay one hour but the stench of sewage and no functioning air conditioner or fresh air from the basement alley window gave me no choice but to leave. I had to ask for a fan which still did not bring relief. When I went to front desk to bring the disgusting smell and heat to his attention, he quickly denied there was any problem...a blatant lie with no remorse or willingness to move me to another room or reimburse even a portion of my hotel bill. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The management are crooks and the rooms were awful and very small. Better off with a hostel. No convenient outlets for charging, for the fan, and I had to ask for the fan. Refrigerator wasn't working and there was just enough room to walk around the length and end of the bed. There was an air conditioner in the room but it was broken. I walked just a few blocks away and found a perfect hotel experience for the same price at Simply Rooms & Suites which saved me from ending my trip in London on a very negative note. If they say there is only one room left you WILL be given this terrible basement room with the smell of sewage (and he did give me some Glade...what a Saint) which did nothing to eliminate the stench. You will ultimately leave and lose your money on this one. No remorse from the clerk nor offer to change rooms or refund money. I repeat...DO NOT STAY HERE.

Not recommended, If not for just one night
The Hotel was in a bad shape. In need of restoration. Holes in the window frame. We got a really small room in the basement, there was a window though. The radiator was broken so the room was overheated, when we complained to the straff we just got the reply that this was normal and they could not fix it. The second night was the radiator fixed. Tv was not working the first night. Receptionists were rude and yelled at out child. On the positive side ok breakfast with ham and cheese. Also pefect location close to sub and a huge shoppingcenter. Will not go back. Ok stay for one night.

Not really worth the money
My sister and I stayed here during the Olympia international hotel. The front desk staff were very nice but not particularly helpful with directions around the hotel. When we got to the room we were a bit shocked at how small it was, everything was really crammed it. The window had been left open and when I went to close it I noticed that it wasn’t very clean. I’m just the walk around the room I picked up a load of hair on my feet. The sash across the bed was also dirty and there was a mark on the bed. As we were in a rush to get to the show we couldnt really do anything about it. The floor in the bathroom was cracked and raised in places. The toilet seat was also cracked and the flush didn’t work properly. The breakfast was so unusual that we were a bit gobsmacked at the time. There was the usual toast and butter, as well as corn flakes and muesli but unfortunately they did not look appetising. The strange thing was a massive bowl with a few hard boiled eggs in the bottom, sliced cheese out of a packet and cold ham out of a packet. That was the extent of the ‘continental’ breakfast. When we left we were not asked how our stay was or if we had any problems, felt like we were a bit rushed out of the door really. Overall we were not very impressed for the price that we paid and I don’t think we’ll be staying there again.

Hotel is okay for a few nights no more
Stay was okay.. we were given a room in the basement which wasn’t very clean and didn’t have a lot of privacy so we asked to change rooms. Receptionist was accommodating and let us change rooms the day after and the second room was a lot better. Still a budget hotel okay for a night or two. Lights didn’t work very well in the second room and the first room the bathroom wasn’t clean at all. Breakfast is simple but okay.
