Well of May 15th
Great place to stay. Close to the Metro and easy access to many restaurants and other neighborhoods near by.

Surprise parking fee, poor service
We called about noon before our 3pm check-in to see if we could park the car to take the kids sight-seeing. The front desk said sure thing, if we wanted to pay for an entire additional night. We declined. When we arrived at 3p, the front desk person informed us there was a mandatory $40 valet parking fee. Couldn't avoid it, so we paid it. I waited for the bellhop outside in the street with our bags while my family went upstairs. After 10 minutes, the person never showed, so I lugged everything up in two trips. They then pulled my car into the lot. When getting ready to leave, I ended up getting my own car to save time. The hotel was nice enough, spacious for a one room stay. Small kitchen with appliances. We would not stay here again.

Great location & they stock the fridge
This has become my favorite place to stay for business. Great location, not to mention they will stock my fridge with food from Trade Joe's. Win-win

Two thumbs up!
Very comfortable hotel, in a great location. Safe, quiet neighborhood, walkable to restaurants, Metro station, Georgetown, Dupont Circle. Staff was always friendly and eager to help. I would definitely return next time I visit DC. My only criticism is that their wifi is a bit weak...

OK if you get a great rate, but...
This hotel certainly needs some TLC. It's not terrible, though it isn't on par with other options in the area. Bathroom was very small, AC didn't work properly and was quite noisy.
