The hotel itself is nice and very scenic. However, I felt that it was pretty pricy for what was available. Several amenities weren't open, including the swim up bar, the second restauarant, and the gift shop. There was no room service either. I ended up going to the store to get a few food options since the only restaurant there didn't open until late afternoon. It was nice that there was a full kitchen (this probably helped me save money on food in the long run anyway). The beach access was great! A bit of a hike of you wanted to walk, but the hotel did offer a shuttle down there, which I appreciated. The concierge was wonderful and helped me set up a couple of excursions.
My biggest complaint was probably how thin the walls were. I could hear my upstairs neighbors arguing and slamming doors, and I could hear the roosters EVERY morning around 5am (clear as day, almost as if they were in my room). Overall, I would consider staying there, but maybe once all the construction is done and all the amenities are available.
