Fair 4.0
Great place for family, horrible sleeping exp.
Bed is uncomfortable and cause a back pain, the sofa bed was even worst. Another problem was a thin insulation between room doors, a noise from adjacent room was loud. Lastly, Temperature in living room was way higher than bedroom and made me wake up every couple hours. Overall, nice place for a family but had almost no sleep for entire stay.

Exceptional 10.0
Nice hotel loved the pool
It was a great short trip. And the location of the hotel is not bad it’s right were you’d want a hotel close to all the family fun stuff for Vegas and still sorta close enough to the strip...to me not walking distance but maybe if you want to take the bus straight down to the strip...you could...only thing I didn’t like was check in is really late 4pm and the check out is 10am...I’ve never gone to any hotel that check out was so early terrible! And if you ask for late check out they’ll charge you so you better wake up early...even tho when you come to Vegas you normally don’t want to wake up early. Just thought I’d let y’all know....but other than that hotel has a lot of cool amenities inside the property.

Good 6.0
It was a rough start. Room wasn’t ready and we were unable to ck in before a show we were attending. Once in, TVs didn’t work and plumbing backed up twice. After issues fixed, we were able to enjoy the remainder of our stay. I expressed my upset about the room not being ready(2 hours past ck in time)....yet there was no effort to make things right. Disappointed mostly by the service. The plumbing they fixed and I am understanding about. However I feel I paid for the first day that I didn’t even get to enjoy because the room wasn’t ready. The resort itself is nice, have stayed there before and had a wonderful time. Hopefully this was a fluke, but it would’ve been nice if the staff was more capable.

My family and I had a great trip. We will definitely be back. The room, amenities, pool , gym, staff all of it was great!

Poor 2.0
Low Quality, Dirty, Don’t Stay Here!
This is essentially a VRBO property. No daily room service cleaning. Limited number of towels provided for the pool etc. Only good benefits if you are an “owner” of one of the condos. There is a game room on the 5th floor that’s an absolute dirty and dated mess. We walked in with our kids and felt like we had stepped into an old YMCA. It smelled awful and everything was dirty and nasty. After 5 min of our 1 year old walking around in our room, his feet were completely BLACK! Carpet is disgusting! The pillows in our room were so lumpy and old that we had to go to Target and buy new ones to sleep on! The lazy river and pool- freezing cold! Even our kids could only be in there for no longer than 10 min! Heat the pool a little bit please!
