Look elsewhere
Mould and rot was very apparent. Room was damp and furniture as well. An air mattress would have been a welcome addition as opposed to the bed.

It was okay for the price....
This resort is in need of some TLC. Difficult to do since the resort management doesn't take responsibility for items in your condo, as they are privately owned. We had 7 spatula's, not one mixing bowl. No oven mitts. gross looking pots, pans and cookie sheets. We found a few glasses and a frying pan that still had 'food' left on it. It clearly wasn't cleaned. Although it is the responsibility of the last occupants to run the dishwasher and clean all dishes etc, I would have expected that dishes would be checked after each visit to ensure everything was cleaned. Paint was peeling in bathrooms and some of the cabinets in the kitchen were coming apart. There was no storage for food in any of the cupboards. Although the room description said that it would sleep 6 - as it did have 2 pull out couches - you would have to rearrange the room in order to open both beds out. However, I slept on the pull out couch one night and had several springs poking me all over. Even my 80 lbs child complained of aches from sleeping on the couch. Another let down was that on the resort home webpage, there was a picture of two children swimming in the pool in the winter time. I should have been more diligent and read the fine print, the pool isn't open in the winter time. I saw this as false advertising. Mountain Springs was okay for the price (the discounted price I got through Hotels.com) I think I would try another place to stay next time we are at Blue Mountain.

Not worth it ,One night is more than enough..
We booked during the Christmas season, it cost over 300 buck with taxes which I understand. The hotel is conveniently located, just about 1 minute drive from the most ski area,The staff was nice and friendly. We family of 4 stayed in the unit 200's, hotel is townhouse like with kitchen and upstairs bed and extra washroom. It has a good view of the mountain. Cons: No WIFI connections even with the hotel password, try hundreds of times, cannot connect, there is no direct line to dial to the guess service from the telephone that was in the room( That phone was full of dust) Furniture's are old and falls apart easily, especially the bed on the main floor, it moves it self. This you have to be careful,There is a big picture hangs on the wall by the stairs, it only hangs on by a very tiny nil,my 5 yr old accidentally touched when she was going upstairs, that photo fail on her, luckily I was beside her and catches the picture in time so she was ok. We ran out of hot water after my wife and son had a less than 10 minutes shower. Carpets were quite dirty, beds were uncomfortable even when we were so tire with 8+ hrs of skiing during the day, Sheets was not clean enough,We found blood stains on the bed sheets from one of the bed,it was very disgusting. Thank god we only booked for 1 night, and that was enough, never again.. .

Not well maintained
There was no wifi connection, the TV remote control was not working, and the exhaust in the kitchen was not working either. We couldn't call the front desk over the phone on our room. There were a lot of spider webs in and outside our room.

Close to Blue Mountain Village
Room and furnature look "tired". Broken patio chairs, broken window blinds, uncomfortable bed and pull out couch, someone elses hair on blankets, sharp rusted object in tub where something was broken off and never fixed, loose bathroom water tap, spider webs on the lamps and ceiling. I know it is the height of the summer season, but definitely not worth the price I paid. Also, the staff at the reception desk were always busy on the phone (or there was no one there) and I had to wait for an unacceptable period of time to get served.
