Best Hostel in London
I am 56 years old and this is my 3rd stay here. I love the location, the staff are amazing, the beds are comfortable, the price is right, and I always feel safe here.

Large, loud, overall clean, in a safe area
I stayed in a private two bed room booked for two nights. Turns out they didn't book it right so I had one room one night, and another room the next. The first night was upgraded to include a bathroom which seemed like a plus but had a horrible smell coming from it. When asked to just have the regular room for two nights, they said it wouldn't be available. The next night the room was fine and public restrooms were much better. Linens were very clean and beds overall comfy. Bathrooms clean but with the occasional vomit after a weekend night. Lots of security outside late at night. The bar has evening two for one drinks with a bartender who will cough into his hand then make you a very weak drink, but it's three pounds for two so it's not a bad deal. Big open spaces throughout, cool decor, both a bar and little cafe/restaurant on the first floor. There's someone to help with tour planning up front but only helpful if you've never been to London- when I asked for more specific off the beaten path things the recs were vague. The area is a little ways away from main sites but near a tube station and some restaurants/shops nearby. St pancras area not far. Overall okay stay. Little touches would have made it better.

Good location only
I stayed in mixed eight persons room, also at the cheaper end, so perhaps other rooms are better. Bed does not have individual light or charging dock, which I found to be basics in other hostels. Bathrooms were constantly cleaned but also constantly clogged. There is a bar in the facility and can get loud, especially for those in the ground level, you can hear and feel the booming all night long. This hostel is quite big and people come in and out in large groups as well. Exceptional part is its location. Five minutes from Brunswick shopping and Russell Square tube station and ten minutes from Kings Cross and St Pancras.

Lovely stay with great location
This was my first time staying in a Hostel and I really enjoyed it. It was also the first time travelling all by myself. Went to concerts two nights and spent the rest of the time hangin out in London. I love how safe the neighbourhood for the hostel was, especially since I got there late two nights and the fact that I was alone and female. It's also reaaally close to the underground station Russel Square. I really liked the hostel as well. It was clean and the staff were amazing. I had a really lovely stay and it's a short walk to a lot of cool areas and things to see like The British Museum and Covent Garden.
