Its ok but expected better
Sadly the hotel do not provide any toiletries except soap. Cleaning service is alternate days. This may pose an issue as the spa does not provide towels so you need to use the room towels. Location and room size is good. Pool and spa can be pretty busy on Saturday night with couples and children.

Generally very good and the spa is great (especially for an 8 year old). Little things but one of the light fixtures was hanging loose from the ceiling and in general the room looked as though it is approaching the time for refreshment. Also some people like coffee making facilities

The rooms are nice. But the hotel is extremely crowded because it's right next to the ferry terminal from Helsinki. Also there is NO ROOM SERVICE, yet the Expedia site says room service is available, it is not! There is also no gym, and the restaurant only has food at very limited hours. I often found myself taking a taxi to a restaurant because the hotel restaurant was closed.
