    Comfortable room, friendly staff, you do get break

    Staff were very friendly at check in and when we needed things like bedding for the sofa bed. We saw them calmly work their tails off with limited staff to get people's needs met the best they could. Room was also clean and comfortable. Loved that our 2 queen and sofa bed suite had an extra sink and mirror, fridge, and microwave. We felt very safe here also. Breakfast was also decent though more options first morning than the second. We appreciated that they served until 10am.

    Don't do it. Just. Don't.

    We arrived at 11pm after a lengthy drive with 3 kids. Check in took over an hour. They claimed they couldn't find any record of our booking - even though we had received an email asking how our check in was before we even left town, and the room had already been paid for. When given a confirmation number, they claimed it was booked for 1 night through expedia (we booked 3 nights through hotels.com). Finally, the check in guy just looked at us and said "come back in the morning". I looked at him and said, "where are we supposed to sleep?" He then barked at me "we upgraded you to a suite!" Service was awful. We spoke to management in the morning who allowed us to stay in the suite (we were grateful), but blamed Hotels.com for the issue. We suspected they gave our reservation to someone else. Every time we walked past the front desk, they were either turning people away, apologizing for the overbooking, or relocating people to another hotel. Clearly, this was a regular thing at this hotel. Our keys kept having to be reactivated and that was blamed on us - "you must've had your phone in your pocket next to the keys" - both my husband and my keys were deactivated. The breakfast was over an hour late and never restocked. There were pubic hairs in the "clean" towels that we needed to beg for everyday. There was no housekeeping during our stay and then they tried to claim there's a shampoo shortage. One trip to Target down the street told us that wasn't true either.

    Management in question?

    The short number and lack of competent staff clearly points to a management issue. No manager was in sight and the help was clearly burnt out and short staffed. The breakfast was out of just about everything including coffee and the help seemed lacking in training as they were confused about how to refill items and were not doing more than one task at a time.

    Close to the airport

    Second time in a row no real coffee in the room. Bed a little rumpled like some one had been laying on it, but it was otherwise clean and smelled good. Front desk person did not wear a mask.

    Very limited parking. No bath towels in the room. Had to go get them. Iron but no ironing board and we needed to iron. Two conditioners and no shampoo. Probably an honest mistake. Room was VERY spacious and clean. Desk clerk was friendly. Gave us complimentary water. Faculty was nice and well kept up.

    Short Airport stay

    We arrived at the hotel late, after a delayed flight, but we had a guaranteed reservation. The rooms we had booked were no longer available, and my daughter and 2 sons had to stay in a king bed, rather than 2 queens we reserved. Got to their room, and it was full of previous guests’ trash, and not cleaned. The clerk at counter did arrange for another room, which was clean, so that was good. Hotel needs an update badly. Shower drain not properly working, and hotel just feels run down and poorly maintained. Overheard guest in elevator talking about a broken toilet and shower. They were moving to another hotel. Our room was okay, except that carpet had not been vacuumed after previous guest. I will not stay here again, and I was very disappointed in the quality of our stay.

    Terrible service, poor quality

    Books 2 queens but when arrived, what we purchased months in adavce were not available. Instead got a king with an uncomfortable pullout which had no sheets or pillows in the room. Short on towels, 2 lights burnt out, dried out food soiled stained chair. Breakfast was suppose to be pre packaged hard boil egg, yogurt, bagel, cream cheese. All 3 breakfasts only have a dryed out bagel and yogurt. No juice or milk of anykind to drink, only coffee. Called customer service because on check out, the gal that checked us out, which was the first staff member we ran into that seemed to care said a receipt will be emailed and going to comp a room. Been 3 days and seen neither and called customer service and just got a guy with a bit of attitude. Basically told that expedia not us. Said it was hotels.com, he said still not us, comes from those one of those 2. Definitely canceling the 2 more stays I had planned here for for this yr.

    Hot mess express!

    Worst stay I’ve ever had! The AC wasn’t working in the room we were in and the front desk individual the first night said they could do nothing for us and the thermostat was broken so it wasn’t really 80+ degrees in our room! They were right it was 86 degrees in the room and the thermostat showed 77! The workers from that day on were very helpful, but we missed our trip to Paisley Park and also our apt at the escape game at MOA (thankfully that was able to be rescheduled) while we waited for another room. The pool/hottub didn’t work and nowhere did it say that, it was supposed to be a hot breakfast and that wasn’t true either and they ran out of food each day so we didn’t get breakfast OR coffee, worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and not sure they’ll be in business much longer if they do not change their practices or atleast alert their guests! This trip was to celebrate a 40th bday party and this hotel stay ruined most of our plans…..due to the issues at the hotel and having to change rooms etc!
