I don't recommend this hotel at all. Horrible service they charge for everything to use the computer and printer i had to pay the printer didn't have ink they still charge me for what i printed. Rooms are to small. They charge for the water and coffee. We try to use the safe it was locked i told front desk about the problem they didn't do anything about it. They didn't have iron in the room.. had to go to the last floor an had to use the stairs because the elevator don't go all the way up.

Nice hotel, convenient, safe neighborhood.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Stanza. I arrived and they didn't have a standard room available so they upgraded me to a suite. Lovely! Large, plenty of room, clean, with water bottles. Couldn't have asked for me. I was sorry I only had one night there!

Great location, Clean, Front desk needs help
I wish I would have gotten the name of the tall gentleman that checked me in. He was not friendly at all. I speak fluent Spanish(it's my first language) and he made it seem like he could not understand me. He seemed almost annoyed that he had to stop his conversation with the girl that worked with him to check me in. Luckily, the rest of the staff was friendly, especially the bell hops. The wifi was spotty. I had to report the problem a couple of time. The room key kept demagnetizing...I had to have them activate the room key three out of the six nights I stayed there. The room did not have and iron! Instead, the hotel has three ironing boards and three irons bolted down on the 8th floor. This has to be the most annoying thing....having to climb two flights to have to iron my clothes. Had I known there would not be an iron in the room, I would have packed my traveling iron. Now, to make matters worse the ironing boards have seen better days. They were falling apart. There was an electrical socket deemed for the iron that was also falling apart, can you say safety hazard. I seriously, felt that this inconvenience was strategic in order for the guests to use the laundry service the hotel offers. The location of the hotel is great!!! It is located in Colonia Roma, which has a ton of local bars and restaurants. We loved that the Deposito Roma was located next door, no uber needed after a few beers. A few bus stops from el Centro Historico!
