The drinks were good and staff was friendly. The beach is a little rocky but you can get in witu your swimshoes or be careful. Try to get to the pool and/or beach early because you might not find a chair. The waterpark (inflatables) was fun. The food was good; you will wait for your food and the menu remains the same for breakfast and changes probably twice during a typical week for dinner. We enjoyed SeaGrapes dinner. We even went to Spices Restaurant at the Bay Garden Inn and enjoyed their wings. You do have to ask a lot of questions here as nothing is written on paper for you to remember what time restauraunts are open or events are happening. The shuttle is a nice touch to this resort.

The location for this property is wonderful! It’s a quiet and calm spot, great for wading in the water! They do offer complimentary non-motorized water sports like kayaking, and paddle boarding which is great! The property itself is nice, but the restrooms could use a little more updates. Our shower was not fully enclosed so that water leaked out all over the floor each time we showered. The dining options are very limited and there are additional charges if you order certain menu items like steak (which is not a huge deal, just wasn’t expecting that before arrival). The wait times for dining are really long. The breakfast is buffet style which was not explained to us beforehand, so we were very confused. Much of the staff seemed like they were inconvenienced when approached. There were also several times that we heard employees complaining about guests to other staff members or staff members complaining about other staff members which was very uncomfortable. The best staff member was certainly Beatrice, who booked all of our excursions with ease! Overall, we loved the island and the location but would not return to this resort.

This property is very conveniently located to town. You can walk everywhere. Very safe area. We had a one bedroom beach front suite. Beautiful views and right on the beach. We stayed on the 3rd floor for a better view, but if you stay on the first floor you are literally steps away from the beach. Great location! Staff was always there to help. We did not choose the all inclusive option. With the suite we had our own kitchen which worked for us. Kitchen was well equipped to cook in. We prefer to make our own breakfast and then go out to a nice dinner so this really worked well for our family. Would definitely stay here again if I were visiting the island.

Fun, family resort. Staff is being super covid-safe. We had to get our temperature checked twice a day, which was not a problem. Good things about the resort: happy hour from noon to 2 p.m. most days, a pretty beachfront setting, excellent showers in the rooms, daily top-notch maid service, and the ability to walk down the street to several really good restaurants (Buzz Seafood!) The less-than-great things: our room wasn't ready until 6 p.m., we didn't get the promised rum welcome drinks (got juice instead), some of the staff were snippy (like when we didn't go to orientation), service could be pretty slow if you were ordering (not doing all-inclusive), food was ok, not impressive and there aren't enough pool/beach chairs. You have to get up at 7:30 and put towels on chairs. But once you were on a lounge chair, with a Lucian swirl or rum punch drink, it was wonderfully relaxing.

Nice accommodation. Everything that I would expect in a resort. The only suggestion is to have a written schedule of activities. A bulletin board is not enough.

The hotel is beautiful, the food is great, The restaurant staff is kind and friendly, the front desk staff can be a little more inviting and put a smile on their faces. The one thing I did not like is that the resort has cats all over, even in the restaurant area, sleeping and walking around like its their home. The staff does nothing about it...not cool.
