Exemplary.
The amenities and service at this hotel were both outstanding! The staff was friendlier and more accommodating than any of the dozens of other hotels that we've stayed at in Japan.

Whoops, staying elsewhere next time
I'd heard good things about the Mitsui Garden hotels, so I was excited to choose them for our last stay during our trip to Japan. We booked the double room with a bath (which seemed like an appropriate choice for a couple), but it was by far the smallest room we stayed in during the entire vacation. No real space for luggage, a small line rack for a few garments, and a truly miniature tub, it felt as if we had to climb over suitcases just to enter and exit. Not much could be done by the time we'd arrived, so we crammed in for a couple nights before heading back. Last straw for me though was the front desk telling us we'd need to pay 800 yen in order to have a taxi called for our departure. Bad form, but a good location.

Excellent hotel
Great location, excellent buffet lunch in the Sky restaurant, and very helpful staff. The rooms have great views, our three person room was a little cramped, lots of toe stubbing, but other than that, a great stay.

Very Good8.0
Very convenient for both business and pleasure
3 nights we push the double beds together. Room was slightly larger than normal Tokyo hotel. Services were great! Amenities were good! Only thing is they don’t have a gym or pool. Or sauna room which is much needed in the winter time. It was close to everything in Ginza! Something we’ll come back definitely is that limousine bus from Narita stop right at the hotel. It was very convenient!
