Plan to stay here again
The staff at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. The staff is what made me give it a good rating, because you can always change things inside the hotel but the staff makes it what it is. The biggest highlight of the hotel is one of the hotel managers named Martin. He was extremely helpful, extremely professional, and extremely nice. The breakfast was delicious. Very nice bar. Decent video game room for kids. The hotel was crowded for our entire stay, 7 nights over Easter break. Kids screaming in the hall late at night. I advise to call the front desk right away. They do take care of it. Amenities like the pool, gym, sauna, steam rooom, and hot tub were very enjoyable. The miniature golf course they have there is a joke. Normally you would put on a grass turf, but the hotel painted green on cement to use as the putting surface. It has two outdoor tennis courts which are nice. The hotel provides you with tennis raquets, tennis balls, putters, and golf balls. Our room in the hotel was called a family room because it had three twin beds and one double bed which was nice for a family of four. It had a stained carpet in the room, everywhere. The room was cold. We had no control of the Heat in the room. The window was a single pane window, the cold air came through. One thing I learned, which I advise, is to book with the hotel themselves rather than using an agent such as a website. I have come to learn you can get a better deal through the hotel.

Absolutely lovely staff, grounds and local area.
Cannot believe how kind and attentive the staff were at this hotel. We had an issue with our baby and Niall at the front desk went far above and beyond the call of duty. He helped us get in touch with a local doctor and made sure we were 100% happy and comfortable. The hotel was very family friendly, the breakfast was lovely and the pub on site was so much fun! Excellent food, excellent live music and a lively crowd. Would totally recommend this hotel and would love to return.
